Start with the deposit schedule

The August 5, 2026 offer sheet described four $30,000 deposits on signing and at 30, 60 and 180 days. Treat that as historical source material and confirm the current schedule in the agreement.

Add the ownership costs

Include property taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance fees if applicable, parking-related costs, land transfer taxes, legal fees and new-construction adjustments. Ask a lender and lawyer how each applies to your purchase.

Use official calculators

Check current Ontario land transfer tax refund information, Toronto municipal land transfer tax information and CMHC consumer tools. Rules and thresholds can change.

Project pricing, inventory, timing, fees and incentives are confirmed separately for the current unit and may change.
