What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the contact and preference information you provide, the page you entered through, referral and campaign parameters, device category, consent choices and a unique submission identifier. We do not ask for income, debt or mortgage-account information.
Why we use it
The Central uses this information to answer your request, arrange a tour, provide requested project material, maintain reliable records and understand which campaign paths are useful. Marketing email and SMS are separate, optional choices.
Service providers and retention
Form submissions may be processed by Cloudflare and stored in a controlled Google Sheet. Authorized The Central team members and service providers may access them only for these purposes. Records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, compliance and legitimate business records.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics, submit without marketing consent, withdraw promotional consent, or ask to access or correct your information. Contact info@thecentral.ca.
Important note
This notice must receive final privacy and brokerage review before paid-media launch. The site does not sell personal information or place personal details in analytics events.
